The United States Department of Justice Joins a False Claims Act Lawsuit Alleging Inchcape Shipping Services Overcharged the U.S. Navy for Ship Husbanding Services

The allegations arose from a lawsuit, brought under the U.S. False Claims Act by three former senior employees of the company, claiming that Inchcape Shipping Services violated the False Claims Act by intentionally overbilling the United States Navy for ship husbanding services from years 2005 to 2014.
