The allegations arose claiming Accutest Corporation did not shake wastewater samples and samples of semi-volatile organic compounds enough, failing to wait between shakes, failing to properly control for quality, making alterations on testing machines settings and disregarding calibration procedures.

Based in New Jersey and founded in 1956 Accutest Corporation operates an environmental testing laboratory.
